Fashion Week Roundup: Personal Choice / by laurel

**In honor of New York Spring 09 fashion week, which is taking placing in Bryant Park this week, I'm doing my dutiful job and previewing all the shows. I've rounded up a few micro-trends that have stood out to me so far, and this week I'll be posting them here and at Neu Black for your enjoyment.**

Rodarte

At LAST! You thought the day would never come, didn't you? Finally we have reached the end of my Fashion Week Roundup, and as a fitting end to the madness, I bring you: My favorites. These are the looks that stood out to me, tickled my fancy, and otherwise captivated my attention during Fashion Week. These are the designers who thought outside the (orange-blazer-bandage-aquatic) box and whose looks I think are truly special. From Oscar de la Renta's stunning brushstroke dress to Rodarte's biker-ballerina to Phillip Lim's mind-boggling ruffles, the creme de la creme of Spring 2009 is right here. Enjoy!
